Install and activate your software

Your purchases and active licenses live in the Customer portal.

Install

1. Sign in at simplemodernsoftware.com/account.
2. Open Software and choose your product.
3. Use the download button when a Mac build is available, then open the downloaded installer.

Apps distributed through Apple's App Store should be installed and updated through the App Store instead.

Activate

Open the app and sign in with the same Simple Modern Software account. If the app asks for a license key, copy it from Customer portal → Software. Your active devices and available seats appear in the same place.

If you have reached the device limit, remove a device you no longer use before activating the new one.
